Policies & Procedures

To Start an Embroidery Job

For orders of 1 to 3 items full payment is required to start the job.

For companies, organizations and clubs ordering more than 3 items, we require a 30% down payment on all personalized orders before work can begin and the balance due when the job is completed prior to shipping.

Shipping timeframe

1-6 of the same item will generally ship within 1.5 to 2 weeks of receipt of your order. For larger orders the time will be estimated along with the cost estimate and will depend on the quantity and complexity of the design.

Shipping method

All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance, unless otherwise specified.

Out of stock items

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and you can either cancel the item, select a new item or wait for the item to return to stock.

Damaged Item Received

If an item arrives damaged, please take the packaging with visible postage label, the item, and your receipt to your local post office for a refund.

Returning an Order

We do a quality job and put our hearts into our work, but, if for some reason the item does not match your expectations, the item can be returned in it's original condition, in it's original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. This only applies to individual items. [NOTE: If you order more than 2 items that are personalized with a name or logo and there is nothing wrong with the garment it can not be returned.] The shipping charges are not refundable. The return must be insured. Please contact us for which address to send the return before you ship it. You must include your name and address in order to properly credit your account.

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel your order within 24 hours. If it is shipped and you refuse delivery, you still pay the shipping charge.

MISCELANEOUS

It is our policy to not embroider on garments that you provide. If something happens to the item, we cannot replace it.
